* extremely unfinished - just pushing to switch computers

* add pinger job, enque ping retries as jobs

* oops

* remove comment

* add alias method to improve usage.

* build out Pinger with DJ.

* update README to include starting the server.

* add tests for worker.

* fix copy/pasta error.

* update README.

* typo.

* enqueue next ping.
